Hannah Vickery is the Director of Operations & Client Services at AssetBuilder, where she provides firm-wide leadership across operations, client experience, and strategic execution. With over a decade of experience in business administration, financial operations, and client service management, she plays a key role in scaling the firm’s infrastructure while preserving a high-touch, client-first culture.

Hannah oversees day-to-day operations, client service strategy, process development, and team leadership, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, risk management, and continuous improvement. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening AssetBuilder’s internal systems and driving meaningful improvements in organizational performance and profitability.

A Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Hannah brings a strategic, value-driven perspective to long-term planning and business operations. She is passionate about building scalable, efficient foundations that support sustainable growth and successful future transitions. Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA in accounting from Dallas Baptist University.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband and son. She’s also a proud aunt, an avid board game enthusiast, and in her downtime enjoys reading, attending concerts, and listening to true-crime podcasts.
